Twenty divers from dive club,
Divecrew travelled to Smart
Divers on Mabul Island, Borneo
and hit the water in a big way.
Every dive proved breath-taking,
with the group seeing the first of
perhaps three hundred turtles of
their stay within four minutes of
entering the water. The next dive
saw this record being smashed
by sightings of sharks within
two minutes.
The list of things seen on EVERY
dive grew as the dives went on:
turtles, sharks, frog fish, leaf
fish, nudibranch, scorpion fish.
To say the diving in Sipadan and
Mabul was out of this world was
an understatement. This had to
be some of the best diving in the
world, or is the best to come?
