DahabTess Absalom-GoughThe group going out to Dahab covered both ends of the diving spectrum, and somewhere in between – to pluck some at random, an English girl who was a complete novice, a Welsh bloke who hadn't dived in ten years, through to the Basque woman who lives to dive and was already on her umpteenth dive holiday this year. We did introductions at the airport, and as ever it didn't take long to break the ice. One of the great things about diving is that it doesn't seem to matter whether a group of divers have anything else in common.
